Emerald Island Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World’s main gate. It’s a 24 hour secure gated community that has a fantastic clubhouse which is located just inside the gates and is open daily.
Clubhouse Facilities
- Clubhouse is open daily.
- Heated Communal Pool and Spa (there is no lifeguard on duty so all children must be accompanied by a adult).
- Tiki Bar with snacks and sodas as well as music.
- Three Childrens play areas, the first is located at the clubhouse, the second is located at the junction of La Isla Drive and Lido Key Drive and the third is for guests staying in the phase 2 townhomes at the front of the community.
- Fitness room with running machines, exercise bikes, cross trainers and work out benches.
- Games Arcade, requires tokens which can be obtained from the change machine in the arcade room.
- Internet Cafe is Free for guests use.
- Nature Walks
- Basket Ball Court, there is a full size basket ball court next to the tennis courts.
- Tennis Courts, two full size floodlit courts, the courts are free of charge and you can hire equipment at a small fee.
- Sand Volley Ball court located by the main gate.
