Tuscan Hills is a picturesque community that has a club house which is open to all residents and guests for the duration of their stay. There is an air conditioned gym, kids play area, tennis court and volley ball court. There is also an additional games room with fooseball, air hocky and pool table. For the adults their is a lounge area where you can sit back and relax. Snacks and drinks can be prepared in a small kitchen area of the club house.

The local shopping plaza, Berry Town Center is less than 5 minutes away and has a Publix supermarket as well a number of bars and restaurants which include Applebee’s, iHop, MIA Pizza, Bambook Wok Chinese Restaurant, Sundays Grill, Thai Sweet Rice, Kumo Japanese Resturant, Buen Cafe Latin Food and True Taste Fried Chicken & Bubble Tea. If it’s a bar you are looking for then the Paddy Wagon formally is the place to be. The Paddy Wagon has a long bar area with flat screen TV’s showing all the sporting action including English Premiership Football. They have Ladies nights on Tuesday where you get an extra 20% off your drinks until close, pub quizzes and they run a Paddy Wagon golf league on Thursdays in the summer at the nearby Highlands Reserve golf club. As well as the inside bar area there is outside seating so you can sit and enjoy the warm Florida nights with your friends over a few cold drinks.
